The free meet and greet is a short home visit before any regular walks or check-ins start. We come to you, so your dog meets Chris on their own turf rather than on a stranger's.
We talk through your dog's routine, temperament, lead habits, recall, feeding, medication, access details, and anything else that helps the visit run smoothly. We also cover keys, parking, photo updates, and emergency contacts.
For walking clients, every new dog starts with 4-6 solo walks. That gives Chris time to build trust, understand your dog's habits, and see how they respond before any group setting is considered.
It's the right point to be honest about whether it's the right fit — for your dog and for us. If group walks aren't right after the solo settling period, we'll keep the plan solo or suggest a better setup.
There's no booking commitment on the first visit and no charge for the meet and greet itself.
